Temporal Supper Club is the latest version of what started as a small restaurant in Mexico. Our story begins by looking for a break from the routine, following the steps of what seems right to us. We change our menu every month. Our only intention is to serve good food while our guests have a good time. It shouldn't be too difficult.

Luis Arias
Luis Arias se encarga de la cocina. Al graduarse de la University of Pennsylvania en el 2022, se dio cuenta muy rápido que la vida de oficina no era para el, y comenzó a cocinar. Paso por Los Angeles y Ciudad de México antes de abrir un pequeño restaurante en su natal Tampico. Ahora, nos trae este proyecto a Madrid.
